16 million of calls via the "Kvídovo volání" were
made in the first year
Platí to Kvído, which enables the customer making one minute
of phone call to any network free of charge with 80 calls per
month, is celebrating one year since its launch. During this
period, 16 million of calls were made using this service.
"In March we had to extend our capacity to serve all
callers. Thanks to this extension, we were able to handle more
than two million of free calls within a single month", says
Jana Vyhlídalová, Director of Information and Advertising
Services of Telefónica O2.
On the first birthday of the service, a special contest is
organised for the customers to win a luxurious mobile phone,

digits of the free Kvído line, 829+ 829+829.
Kvído call is the first sponsored type of call in the Czech
Republic to have been launched by Telefónica O2 Czech Republic
a year back. The service is intended for all mobile and
fixed-line customers of O2. After the registration at
www.platitokvido.cz,
80 sponsored calls per month are allowed without any
commitments or activations. You just have to be an O2 customer
and dial the free Kvído line, 829 829 829.
The main benefit for the client of the advertising is its
high efficiency, detailed targeting and immediate response from
the customer who may simply switch to the client or ask for the
delivery through SMS including further details.
