Popularity of O2 NEON and O2 [:kůl:] tariffs is
extraordinary. A continuously growing number of customers
confirms this.
Merely a year after being introduced to the market,
over 500,000 customers are using them.
Owing to the opportunity of unlimited calling or texting as
part of their tariff without any other fees,
O2 NEON and O2 [:kůl:] tariff users make, on average,
40% more calls than other O2 tariff users. Unlike
various special offers, the unlimited benefits comprise a
permanent part of the tariff and customers don't even lose them
after a set period of time has expired. It is possible to use
these benefits at any time, regardless of whether the free
units included in each of the tariffs have been used up.
"Customers using the O2 NEON and O2 [:kůl:] tariffs mainly
appreciate their simplicity and comprehensibility. They don't
have to constantly keep an eye on the number of minutes they've
called or messages they've delivered - with these tariffs they
can call and text without limits. For instance,
after the first three months of this year, O2
NEON customers
made 100 million minutes of calls for free. O2
[:kůl:] customers have sent
over 20 million SMS messages per month,"

O2 NEON tariffs are offered in a total of six
variants. The top tariff enables unlimited calling to all
mobile and fixed-line numbers in the Czech Republic for one
monthly fee. With each of the tariffs, in addition to tariff
benefits, customers also get free units that they can use for
calling or texting, depending on their selected tariff, at any
time to networks of their choice.
TheO2 [:kůl:] tariff is for all young
customers up to 26 years old. Its main benefit is free
unlimited texting to O2 mobile numbers for the entire duration
of tariff usage. In addition to this, the monthly fee of this
tariff also indcludes 60 minutes of free calling to numbers in
all networks, while having unused minutes transferred to the
following month.
