Telefónica O2 continues to expand its new generation mobile network to cover more regional towns. The most state-of-the-art network with the fastest data transfer speeds on the Czech market is now also accessible to the residents of Hradec Králové and Pardubice. From August 1 customers in these regional towns can use the fastest current mobile internet connection, with a speed of up to 3.6 Mbit/s, which is now available to them as part of a special offer.
"We are keeping our promise and continuing to cover the Czech Republic with a 3G signal at a faster pace. Our new generation mobile network already covers nine out of a total of fourteen Czech regional towns. We are the only operator on the domestic market to offer customers the fastest and, at the same time, most advantageous mobile internet connection. They can now transfer data at speeds of up to 3.6 Mbit/s and they can get mobile internet for just CZK 150 per month when they order it together with O2 Internet for their home," says Jan Karas, Segment Marketing Director, Telefónica O2.
Customers who use the O2 Internet service at home can get mobile internet for just CZK 150 per month. From August 1 to September 30, 2009, the residents of Hradec Králové and Pardubice can get a mobile connection through a very special offer. All who order a new activation of O2 Mobile Internet on its own can get the service for just CZK 600 with VAT per month. The standard monthly fee of the tariff is CZK 750 with VAT, so they save a total of CZK 150 per month. By signing a 24-month contract, they can also take advantage of a new offer of a data modem, in the form of a compact USB stick, for just CZK 1. The standard price of this device is CZK 1,895 with VAT.

The unsubsidized version can be purchased for CZK 6,095 with VAT.
